The drunk runner is back! I'm sitting here planning my training schedule to get myself back into running...while drinking a beer. I've completely lost my running groove. I'm starting over again. A beginner runner, that is me. I'm eager to see how fast I can build up my miles again. I have to start slow. Timed runs at first and then I'll get myself back onto a mile-based training program. It sounds bloody exhausting actually...maybe I'll just sit back and think about this a little while longer....have another beer perhaps.
Another beer I will have, but the running will be a happening thing.
